We are pleased to confirm that our services are available to you regardless of your location within the United States, including the lower 48 states and all other U.S. territories.
1. End of Line Billing LLC will provide personalized services to each at a rate of 6% of the insurance allowable. The immediate services are as follows:
A. Gather patient information from the provider to validate eligibility and benefits.
B. Inform the provider of any deductible or copay the patient has by putting the information in the patient’s chart (we try to also send a message but in case we don’t you can always look in the patient’s chart).
C. Enter all the patient’s information into the system of providers choice to accurately bill insurance companies for claims.
D. Post payments into patients’ accounts according to the explanation of benefits.
E. Follow up with denials and resubmit claims promptly and inform provider of any claims that can’t be fixed and must be written off.
F. Always treat providers and patients with the utmost respect and dignity. We understand this is how you make money if we aren’t doing our job, you’re not seeing income. My business motto is if you don’t get paid neither do we, so we have your and our best interests at heart.
2. Provider agrees to allow access to their EHR, and other portals used to collect payment information for posting purposes and advise End of the Line Billing LLC of any letters received from insurance companies that pertains to the billing process to ensure those issues are resolved quickly. We try to have every claim under the 60-day mark although without proper communication this could be very hard to do so we ask kindly to keep the billing office in the loop for these purposes.
3. The provider agrees to send notes to End of the Line Billing in a timely manner for any prior authorizations that need to be submitted on the provider’s behalf for payment.
4. Any other services needed by the provider will be discussed by End of the Line Billing LLC and the provider says no other services are guaranteed unless both parties agree to the charges and services prior to them being done.
8. When dealing with insurance we cannot guarantee that insurance will pay for each claim. We will try our best to get the claims paid and we will exhaust each option which includes three levels of appeals once those three levels are exhausted, and the claim has still not paid we will have to do as the insurance company has stated and either turn the amount to the client or write off the amount. We can’t keep filing a claim with the same information hoping it will eventually pay if the client does not do what the insurance is requiring of them including needing to update their benefits or pay their bills or if it’s something that is beyond our control. While it’s not something I want to happen sometimes this is the outcome when dealing with insurance please note we will try our best to get every claim paid so that we can be paid as well.
